We are approaching our June meeting and our deadline to send to send texts for EC review.
I will send a reminder to the ASO/AC discuss list also.
Considering the number of EC meetings until our f2f meeting in Kyoto, we might need to take an selective approach. EC will meet in 20th June, 18th July and 15th August
Maybe send EC some of the proposals after our next meeting and then, latter, send the rest.
I think those that adjust questions of quorum are the most urgent:
- Meetings - ICANN board selection
And then we will be left with the Voting, which is also important but might take more discussion. This could be send to EC review latter for July or August meeting.

I will review wording proposal this week in order to have a final text for our meeting next week. The message I sent was to signal that we could advance in steps. We might not need to send all procedures for EC review in one block.
But glad to hear that we can advance with the voting as well.
And to mention a comment I made to you in person. I did some resarch (not very deep), about the proposed voting schema and didn't see any major issue. There were 1 or 2 scenarios where it could be manipulated, but in a very specific situation, but still with little control of the results.

Dear Esteban,
Please find attached my edits (highlighted) to the Decision Making sections. The draft looks good to me to send to the EC for their review.
I think we can further align the wording in a couple of sections before the final version (e.g. the IRV process is repeated in two sections. We can define how IRV should be carried out in its own sub-section), but the intent is already in place :)

Dear Esteban, Please find attached my edits (highlighted) to the Decision Making sections. The draft looks good to me to send to the EC for their review. I think we can further align the wording in a couple of sections before the final version (e.g. the IRV process is repeated in two sections. The message I sent was to signal that we could advance in steps. We might not need to send all procedures for EC review in one block.
But glad to hear that we can advance with the voting as well.
And to mention a comment I made to you in person. I did some resarch (not very deep), about the proposed voting schema and didn't see any major issue. There were 1 or 2 scenarios where it could be manipulated, but in a very specific situation, but still with little control of the results.

We are approaching our June meeting and our deadline to send to send texts for EC review.
I will send a reminder to the ASO/AC discuss list also.
Considering the number of EC meetings until our f2f meeting in Kyoto, we might need to take an selective approach. EC will meet in 20th June, 18th July and 15th August
Maybe send EC some of the proposals after our next meeting and then, latter, send the rest.
I think those that adjust questions of quorum are the most urgent:
- Meetings
- ICANN board selection
And then we will be left with the Voting, which is also important but might take more discussion. This could be send to EC review latter for July or August meeting.
