Please find below a draft outline of topics that could be included as part of a virtual meeting of the ASO AC.
I would appreciate any additional agenda items and thoughts on areas that the ASO AC could work on.
This would be updated between now and the April meeting, with a scheduled set of sessions based on the final agenda.
1 - Global Development Walkthrough
* Timeline and Order of Operations for a Global Policy * RIR workflow (invite RIR's to provide how they move global policy) * PPFT responsibilities * Recommendations for MoU adjustments to match Procedures or create STUB.
2 - Operating Procedures
* Are the procedures clear, concise, and actionable? * What areas have not been utilized/tested? * Supporting Materials for Operating Procedures
3 - Outreach
* MoU mandated positions (Directors and NomCOM Appointment) * Supporting Materials for consistent 24x7x365 outreach by ASO AC
