Please find below a draft outline of topics that could be included as part of a virtual meeting of the ASO AC.

I would appreciate any additional agenda items and thoughts on areas that the ASO AC could work on.

This would be updated between now and the April meeting, with a scheduled set of sessions based on the final agenda.

1 – Global Development Walkthrough

• Timeline and Order of Operations for a Global Policy
• RIR workflow (invite RIR’s to provide how they move global policy)
• PPFT responsibilities
• Recommendations for MoU adjustments to match Procedures or create STUB.

2 – Operating Procedures

• Are the procedures clear, concise, and actionable?
• What areas have not been utilized/tested?
• Supporting Materials for Operating Procedures

3 – Outreach

• MoU mandated positions (Directors and NomCOM Appointment)
• Supporting Materials for consistent 24x7x365 outreach by ASO AC
