hi everyone
during the last chair/co-chair preparation meeting, Hervé commented that the EC asked for a two columns document with current and proposed text for easier comparison.
in attach the section 9 (board appointment) in this format.
I took the liberty to include in this document the 9.4.7.3 paragraph, prepared by Esteban and Kevin, as it would be compared the the original/current text also in this document.
