Not to be difficult here, but I wonder if the PDF that was provided as part of the voting process (attached) is sufficient. It shows only the additions. The deletions are relegated to bubbles in the margins, and many of those bubbles don’t depict the full deleted text.

Perhaps it could be argued that (1) voting members need only see the final text that will be approved (which can be seen in the PDF), even if they can’t see every bit of the deleted text, or (2) voting members already saw the full additions and deletions in the Word document that was sent as part of the earlier 7-day discussion thread. I’m open to either of those arguments, but I think this issue at least merits discussion before the voting completes.
