Hi, hope you are all doing well.
Just to inform that today (Aug. 19th in our timezone), LACNIC announced that it exhausted its IPv4 free pool.
Since Dec 2017, allocations were according the a soft landing policy. Only one allocation of /22 per organization. No additional allocation were allowed.
For this period, there were about 5.6 million IPv4 addresses to be distributed.
