Hi everyone. Hope you are all doing great.
Sorry for only sending feedbacks now.
I´ve read the text and suggestions. I am in agreement with almost everything.
Some comments bellow (I think it is usefull to keep track of comments and justifications for changes, that is way I sending this via email)
- first paragraph, number of minimal meetings: agreed with 6 at least.
as justification we could point that in years with election several meetings are requeried for coordination, preparation, etc. so minimal 6 would leave us confortable
- 5.2, "members shall respond". I understand Esteban suggestion to make this response requeriment only for those not planning to attend. In the other hand I also see that "shall" is not as strong as "must". I see no strong position on this.
- 5.1, agree with Esteban suggestion to change comment period to at least 10 days prior to the next AC meeting. If keeping this, there would no need to publish draft. Draft would be ratified passed 10 days of publication. Better publish the final/ratified version.
- 5.5 as per Hervé question about which email notifications would be sent. Maybe change this to "AC public mailing list"
- 5.6 agree on changing "video conference" to "remotely"
- 5.6 regarding the waive of in person meeting. I think this should stay. During pandenic period we decided not to have such meetings (we were unable to have it). And as commented in the meeting, the coordination with NRO EC is important so they can adjust budget and rearrange meetings if needed (as for instance, already planned meetings with EC or ICANN board)
- 5.6 agree with changing statment about having in person meetings during ICANN. It should be "preferably during ICANN. Other options should be dicussed with NRO EC"
- 5.6 regarding "remote participation facility", this is related to in person meetings and refers to providing some tele conference facility at the meeting so those unable to travel could attend. I am okay in keeping as it is.
- 5.6 agree with the last comment do adjust text to "ICANN board of directors and other related bodies" (there is typo, an orphan "this"
after board of directors,)
