Could you send me, if possible, your documents presenting your proposals before this Tuesday, so that I can share these to our council before our monthly meeting ? As agreed we’ll meet (remotely 😉 ) this Friday. During our F2F meeting in Belgrade we’ve reached some common proposals. I re-attach there the 2 minutes document. In the “20221024 ..” one you will find discussions about: * Meetings * Chairs and Vice Chairs * Voting and process to appoint/remote…. In the “202210 25…” Global Policies and ICANN Board Election are dealt. The idea of our next meeting is: * For each group to present the modifications/ proposals of their respective §, preferably presented via a list of bullets and not the global text to avoid spending time on grammar or syntax discussions * To precise the next steps till the adoption (or not) of our proposals mid-2023.
