[aso-announce] AfriNIC elects Vincent Ngundi to Address Council

Dear colleagues

On 3 May 2007, the AfriNIC community elected Vincent Ngundi to the NRO-NC/ASO-AC. He will serve a three year term beginning on 1 January 2008, replacing Ali Badiel.
