Hello, all.
Following up on my assigned action item, I checked with the web team. They provided me with an analytics report for the page with the ASO AC update presentation for ICANN67. See attached. ICANN67 was in March, and the page was created in April, so there was a delay as we discussed. Most of the traffic occurred in June (likely during ICANN68).
For ICANN69, I am happy to work with you to promote the ASO AC presentation more effectively.

Why are we holding the timeline discussion in closed session? I'm not sure I understand the confidentiality requirement. If any.

Hi Martin, Sorry for the late reply. The idea is that having incumbent (directors) or observers (larger community as well) on the call who can be a possible candidate for the election getting the information beforehand like timelines, members of committees (QRC/IC), rationale behind all the discussions which lead us to the conclusion of these points or any info related to the election for that effect, could give them an advantage over other candidates. it's better to avoid the perception of having that advantage.
