You’re right, and the annual ASO AC agenda is defined at the end of the previous year to avoid any conflict with RIR meetings. But, as I can remember, the dates of the current AfriNIC meeting were not defined at that time.

The date conflict was not in our calendars when the time was selected. We should have caught it earlier.
One option is to Continue the meeting if we do not have Quorum to June 9th.

One option is to Continue the meeting if we do not have Quorum to June 9th .

Normally the RIR region reps and others are expected to be in attendance and attentive. I would support rebooking if there is a chance of non quorum. We can easily do nom com work via email.

You’re right, and the annual ASO AC agenda is defined at the end of the previous year to avoid any conflict with RIR meetings.
But, as I can remember, the dates of the current AfriNIC meeting were not defined at that time.
