As agreed in our last meeting, bellow a link to our wiki with draft documents for the procedures updates and reviews.

I imported the .docx and google docs that were shared in the mailing list.
Each document has a attachment that is the original .docx file for reference.
As also agreed, we would have 15 days to review and provide comments. Deadline would be May 18th.
