Note that this agenda is flexible, depending inter alia on how much time we will spend on each topics.

Note also that there is a little from the councilors of each of the regions for the WS 4.

 

Monday 11^th November

• What has been done re ICP-2 so far
• Where we are now
• 15:00 – 16:00: Work Session 2 – Room 3B36
• General discussions on how to analyse or take into account the outputs
• 16:30 – 17:30: Work Session 3 – Room 3B36
• 2025 timeline consolidation attempt
• When we will need to meet F2F in 2025 ? (taking into account travel restrictions and NRO budget constraints)

 

Tuesday 12^th November

• 9:00 – 10:00: Work Session 4 – Room 3B36
• Regional meeting reports and questions raised by the communities (to be prepared by the members of the ASO AC within each of the Regions)
• 10:30 – 12:00: Work Session 5 – Room 3B36
• Other ASO AC business activities (including public part of Seat 10)
• 13:15 – 14:00: NRO EC / ASO AC discussion (closed) – Room 3B36
• 15:00 – 16:00: ASO and GAC session  - Room Beyazit
• 16:30 – 17:30: ASO Information session – Room Hamidiye

 

Wednesday 13rd November

• 9:00 – 10:00: ICANN Board and ASO Joint Meeting  - Room Uskudar
• 13:15 – 14:30: Work Session 6 – Room 3B06
• Report of the different public ICANN 81 meetings held with the different AC/SO
• 15:00 – 16:00: Work Session 7 – Room 3B06
• Public discussion about NomCom
• 16:30 – 17:30: Closed Session – Room 3B06
