Item 4 on the Agenda will be an update on special meetings. Those meetings will be setup to support the timeline of the Director process.

If the second round interviews are not done by this meeting, are we planning to evaluate the already reviewed candidates and then do it again for the final candidate who is interviewed on the 18th?
