I am grateful that you appointed me twice in 2016 and then in 2019.ICANN Board position is tough, never easy but rewarding and precious experience. I will try my best in the time left until the term end.E-see you around but looking forward to seeing you in person soon!!Sincerely Yours,Akinori--On Wed, Sep 15, 2021 at 22:14 German Valdez <german@apnic.net> wrote:Dear ASO AC

I think is a reasonable concern.
for the deliberation we would have two weeks and we might pre schedule
two meetings in advance (1st and 2nd wed in that two weeks period), and
use them if needed.
so we could adjust our calendar accordingly in advance.
for voting, I don´t think it would be a bigger issue as it is an
asynchronous action and it would be a matter of one to reserve a couple
of minutes in that 7 calendar days time frame.
