ICANN78 Annual General Meeting will take place 21-26 October 2023 at Congress Center Hamburg, Germany. ICANN has published the schedule for this meeting. • The deadline to register for in-person participation is 20 October 2023.
• To prepare for ICANN78, participants are encouraged to attend the virtual Prep Week to be held 9-11 October. ICANN78 Prep Week schedule is available here: https://www.icann.org/en/announcements/details/icann78-prep-week-schedule-now-available-27-09-2023-en
• ICANN78 will feature a joint meeting between the ICANN Board and ASO; a Global Internet Infrastructure Technical Coordination meeting; and an Empowered Community Approval Action Community Forum
