As requested here is a timeline based on having the deliberation phase during ICANN 73 in 5 -10 March.  As you can see we are already late.

– Nomination Phase: 11 August 2021 – 11 October 2021
– Comment Phase: 16 November 2021 – 13 December 2021

ICANN Due Diligence for nominated candidates:

– Interview Phase: 20 December 2021 – 22 February 2022
– Selection Phase (deliberation): 23 February 2022 – 10 March 2022
– Selection Phase (voting): 12 – 18 March 2022
– Announcement of selected candidate: around 23 March 2021

Unless you’d like to change the length of the phases it won work trying to have the deliberation phase during ICANN 73

There was a lengthy discussion last year to reach the last timeline. If the group is still ok with the conclusions, the last timeline would translate to the election of the seat 10  as follows

– Nomination Phase: Wed 15 September 2021 – Mon 15 November 2021
– Comment Phase: Tue 21 December 2020 – Mon 17 January 2021
