Please find attached the 3 documents prepared by our internal procedures update working group and covering all the topics we have discussed (meetings organization, voting procedures, Directors of the ICANN Board appointment....) except the Global Policies process. Thanks to the working group and to Ricardo to have shepherded it. German has sent these proposals to the NRO EC who will have their monthly teleconference this week. They will probably share their comments after their meeting and we will then be able to take these into account via email and in Kyoto to elaborate a final version of the procedures updates.
