thanks for the work and for the document

I've read it and liked the style of "pointing facts" on a concise way.

just 4 comments:

- in attendance, it could be good to also point to the meeting minutes

- in "Mailing Lists, Teleconferences and WIKI" section, it is mentioned
the 2022 teleconferences but the link is showing 2023 calendar. I think
this always point to the most recent and current year/relevant info.
Maybe the link there could be the one showing the minutes as it also
shows meeting dates (if so, we could ignore my 1st comment above)

- I think it could be useful to mention our meeting in Belgrade (first
2f2 after 2 years)

- finally, I didn't get the "WIKI" mention in the section description.
