Dear ASO AC

After confirmation of the NRO EC,  I just want to confirm that changes to the ASO Procedures are now published in the ASO website at

https://aso.icann.org/documents/operational-documents/operating-procedures-of-the-address-council-of-the-address-supporting-organization/

Specific sections are  9.4.3., 9.4.6, 9.4.6.1, 9.4.6.2, 9.4.6.3, 9.4.6.4, 9.4.9, and 9.4.10

At the end of the page there is a record of the recent updates done to the procedures , for transparency I added red-line version document with the changes.
