Thank you, German, Because these reports will be important for the ASO AC to work with in Montevideo (12-14 November), Ulka A. and Andrew M. said they would have something for them to work with in Montevideo, even if it is not the final report. I think the reports mentioned here are the reports from the consultation on the v2 of the RIR governance document. Probably better to mention this explicitly to avoid misunderstanding.
