We should start preparations for the selection process for the seat 10 of the ICANN Board.

Based on last year election and last approved timeline, here is an updated version for your perusal. I added some references to our procedures as refresh of the required days for each phase.

2025 ICANN Board Directors Seat 10 Election

– Nomination Phase: Monday 16 September 2024 – Monday 16 December 2024 (91 days)

– Comments Phase: Monday 30 December 2024 – Wednesday 29 January 2025 (30 days)

– Interview Phase: Wednesday 29 January 2025 –Saturday 29 March 2025  (59 days)

– Selection Phase (deliberation): Sunday 30 March 2025 – Tuesday 29 April 2025 (30 days)

– Selection Phase (voting): Wednesday 30 April 2025  – Wednesday 7 May 2025 ( 7 days)

– Announcement of selected candidate: around Wednesday 14 May 2025

According to Procedures

9.4.3 Nomination Phase shall last at least 60 days

9.4.5 Comment Phase shall last at least 30 days

9.4.6 Interview Phase shall last up to 60 days and commence 30 days after the start of the comment phase

9.4.7 Selection Phase shall last at least 14 days
