• Page 2  - Action Item 240605-3 – last NRO EC meeting was planned July 16 and not June 18
• Page 3
• in the middle: replace “from the Ec” by “from the EC”
• in the § related to APNIC
• replace APNIC 59 by APNIC 58
• There’s perhaps a word missing in “so we can about what content we can….” ?
• Page 4, § 6 : delete the ‘4’ in “ASO AC member4s”
• Page 5, at the very end: the meeting was adjourned at 13:23 UTC and not 12:23 UTC

Dear ASO AC

This is a reminder of pending minutes and open actions that will be reviewed next week during the scheduled ASO AC monthly teleconference on Wednesday 7 August 2024 at 12:00 PM UTC

 

 

Action Item 240605-1: Hervé C. and Germán V. to start preparing the agenda for the ASO AC face-to-face meeting at ICANN 81 so that the AC can begin making their travel arrangements. 

 

Action Item 240605-3: Hervé C. to prepare a new monthly report on the ICP-2 review and send it to the ASO AC for feedback. Hervé will then send the final version of this report to the EC prior to the next NRO EC meeting (18 June). 

 

Action Item 240605-5: Kevin B. to create a slide outlining the role of observers during ASO AC meetings to be displayed on screen before the meeting agenda.
