Dear Number Council members,
Time flew remarkably quickly until now since I was appointed to Seat 10 in 2016. I chose to share my thought with you in the earliest chance that I will not file my candidacy for the third term. I am grateful that you appointed me twice in 2016 and then in 2019.
ICANN Board position is tough, never easy but rewarding and precious experience. I will try my best in the time left until the term end.
E-see you around but looking forward to seeing you in person soon!!

I think is a reasonable concern.
for the deliberation we would have two weeks and we might pre schedule
two meetings in advance (1st and 2nd wed in that two weeks period), and
use them if needed.
so we could adjust our calendar accordingly in advance.
for voting, I don´t think it would be a bigger issue as it is an
asynchronous action and it would be a matter of one to reserve a couple
of minutes in that 7 calendar days time frame.
