[AC-DISCUSS] procedures review

Hello everyone.

We are approaching the deadline we agreed for comments on the procedures reviews.

Our June meeting is next week and it would be important to advance on this and have something to send to EC for their review/approval.

EC will meet in June 20th. After that in July 18th and then Aug 15th.

Considering that, we might want to take optimized approach and send those procedures reviews that touch the quorum issue:

- Meetings - ICANN board selection

But if we could also advance with the Voting, excellent. If not, this last procedure could be sent to EC latter in July or August.
