After the last meeting of the dedicated Procedure Review working group (Friday 10^th February), please find attached the minutes prepared by Laureana and below the proposed timeline.

Step 1 – before ICANN 76: Each WG will improve its work (different objective dependent of the complexity of the topic)

• Officers (Saul/Esteban): nothing to change
• Meetings (Esteban/Hervé): minor modifications – a text can be proposed very easily.
• Global Policy (Ricardo/Saul):  improve and simplify in a clearer way the recommendations and try to draft a first version
• Voting (Esteban/James/Gaurav) (including appoint or remove members): have a list of definitions and different cases to deal with
• ICANN Board selection (Ricardo/Gaurav): highlight the major questions

 

Step 2: discuss the topics during ICANN 76

Monday:

• Slot 1: Welcome / ASO AC general info / ”Officers” / ”Meetings”

Step 3 (March-May): Finalize the 3 last topics via one or two dedicated meetings and via the mailing list

Rq: “Officers” and “Meeting” shepherds are invited to join still ongoing wg.

 

Step 4 (June): Consolidate the all procedure document

 

Step 5: Present to the NRO EC and voting.
