We have received from ICANN staff confirmation of the conclusion of their due diligence review.

We are now in the position to inform publicly that Alan Barrett has been re-elected to the seat 9 of the ICANN Board.

Both candidates have been notified and acknowledged the results.

We have also notified the ICANN Empowered Community Administration as per ICANN procedures.

We’ll proceed in the coming hours with an announcement in the ASO and NRO website, we’ll update the election information page accordingly in the ASO website and propagate this news through the RIR communications channels.

We can conclude with this announcement the ICANN Board election process for the 2023-2024 year.
