Per Transition Article Section 27.5 Sub-Section D<https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/governance/bylaws-en/#article27>: (d) No person who served on either or both of the two prior Nominating Committees (with terms ending at the ICANN Annual General Meeting in 2023 or 2024) is eligible for appointment to the Nominating Committee term commencing at the conclusion of the ICANN General Meeting in 2024. Per your email (attached for your reference), I want to confirm the ASO AC’s final decision is NOT to appoint a NomCom delegate for the 2025 NomCom Selection Cycle. If, however, you wish to reconsider and make an appointment we would gladly welcome a qualified selection of the ASO AC’s choice.
