As perhaps modifications/suggestions can be added to the draft we will present on February I would be prudent and not mention “final”.

So I propose to keep:  "Update on the draft of the RIR Governance Document (ICP-2 review)"

Constanze, your proposal makes sense to me. Also agree with the agenda points.

As far as the title is concerned, I think we should highlight that we are approaching the final phase of the review. Perhaps: "Update on the final draft of the RIR Governance Document (ICP-2 review)"?

As it was mentioned by Ozan during last teleconference we have a tight deadline to request a webinar session for the ICANN85 prep week.

 

We should request it by Wed 10 December 2025.

 

The webinar would be held from 23-24 February.

 

According to Ozan at this stage we just need the title of the session.

 

Are you ok to request a slot to present about ICP-2?
