On behalf of the ASO AC Chair, I am writing to call a special meeting of the Address Council on Friday 24 July 2026 at 12:00 PM UTC, to be held by Zoom.

In accordance with Sections 5.3 and 5.5 of the ASO AC Operating Procedures, the purpose of this special meeting is to prepare for the interviews associated with the extraordinary selection process for the ICANN Board Seat 9 vacancy and to formally adopt the agreements previously reached by the Address Council.

As the meeting will address the selection of an individual to the ICANN Board, this special meeting will take place entirely in closed session. Non observers will be allowed.

The proposed agenda is:

0. Welcome and roll call
1. Ratification of the candidates and election timeline
2. Review and adoption of questions for the Zoom interviews
3. Review and adoption of the candidate evaluation matrix
4. Confirmation of the interview script, interviewers, and observers
5. Secretariat update on the electronic election system
6. Adjournment
